Mental health and being creative

  Hello it’s been a while it’s been pretty hectic around here that feeling like your running and can’t stop. Hopefully next week we have more time for self care (sewing) and catching up we must make time for ourselves you no your tried when you say yesterday but you mean tomorrow or buy Christmas cards and there 80 already under your bed brought in the sale in January lockdown and your memory is getting poor. Or you get the foot bowl out to soak your wary feet and it’s been there a week without doing them.  Being creative certainly helps your mental health everyone of there should make time for a little creative hour and keeps you thinking straight we are getting excited for our new sewing room we have been helping our daddy with the planning not long now to go. We had a trip to IKEA with mum to look at storage, desks and a cutting table which has a crank so it’s adjustable so no backpain and cutting against the wall is so annoying.
